• Q1 - I want to know is online marginal forex trading o.k or not in Islam. In my contract I don't have to pay interest on margins and no commission on trading.

• Q2 - Is there a ruling about the investment and use of crypto currencies? How would one pay khums on the earnings from Crypto?

  
  
  

  A - Although the majority of the respected marājiʿ do not necessarily prohibit the production, buying, and selling of cryptocurrency per se (e.g. Bitcoin), engaging in these types of transactions, however, is considered problematic due to the ambiguities it has and the possible corruption these types of currencies may generate.  Therefore, it is necessary to act in accordance with the law in this matter.
