Triple Divorce

• Q1 - salaam I gave talaq to my wife I was drunk is it valid. after reading triple talaq or pronouncing divorce three times in one sitting, is invalid Islamically and should be considered as one divorce only. Therefore this would be counted as one declaration of divorce by your husband. So you are still married.I am a bit worried because I cant remember anything. please do let me know its urgent.salaam

• Q2 - In a span of 2 years, I received two irrevocable divorces (talaq). I was overmedicated and on my menstrual cycle. We want our family back and we love each other, can we remarry? 

  A - Divorce requires two witnesses as well as you not being on your period and as such, your previous divorces were invalid so you are technically still married.
