:قال الإمام أبو عبدالله جعفر بن محمّد الصادق، عليـهما الـسلام
مَن دَخَلَ فِي هَذَا ٱلـدِّيْنِ بِـٱلرِّجَالِ،
أَخْرَجَـهُ مِنْـهُ ٱلـرِّجَالُ كَـمَا أَدْخَلُوْهُ فِيْـهِ؛
مَن دَخَلَ فيْـهِ بِـٱلْـكِتَابِ وَ ٱلـسُّنَّةِ، زَاْلَتِ ٱلـجِبَالُ قَبْلَ أن يَزُوْلَ
“Whosoever enters this Religion (ha-dhāʾd-Dīn) because of people, will be made to leave it because of people — just as they were made to enter it because of them; but whosoever enters it because of the Book of God (al-Kitāb) and the Prophetic Way (as-Sun‧naħ), mountains shall pass-and-perish before they do (i.e., their conviction)!”

Q1 - In a span of 2 years, I received two irrevocable divorces (talaq). I was overmedicated and on my menstrual cycle. We want our family back and we love each other, can we remarry?
A - Divorce requires two witnesses as well as you not being on your period and as such, your previous divorces were invalid so you are technically still married.
