• Q1 - I have an anal fissure, it is a disease similar to piles. It makes me bleed while passing stool. The amount of blood varies sometimes. It isn't too much sometimes it is around half a glass. Can I fast with this condition? 

  A - Blood does not break the fast but if fasting is harmful for your health then you cannot fast.

• Q2 - Aslam O Alaikum On 22th Ramadan's night as I awoke a person tell me that fast's time has been over but don't trust him and drank water. After drinking water I noticed that the person was right and I intended the fast immediately, but I intend it after 10 minutes after adhaan of fajar, please tell me that my fast is valid or not? 

  A - Salamun Alaykum. May Allah bless you and your family. You are responsible to research if the time is really over. You must keep the fast that day and make a qadha fast but there is no kaffara.

• Q3 - Should a iftar dua be done before or after iftar?

• Q4 - I have an ear infection. Will using ear drops to treat it break my fast during Ramadan?
